the oos wave was like 2-3 consecutive days so it could hold true for instate as well.
but one thing i noticed is that most of the ucla waitlist acceptances today were life sciences and humanities majors. i’ve only seen one physical sciences acceptance and that was an international . . .
Chemistry major accepted off waitlist at 10:17am! Did everyone else accepted off waitlist also get a 1 week deadline to accept?
I’ve already submitted SIR to UCSD (Chemistry) and will probably accept the UCLA offer instead. I was pretty excited to be a Triton for the last few weeks and am now wrapping my head around being a Bruin instead for the next four yrs.
Congrats to everyone who got in today! My S25 is still waiting for in-state EE. May I ask what area are you all from who got in today? Just wondering if certain counties get released before others?
So so happy for everyone that got off of the waitlist today! Since a ton of people seemingly got off of the in state waitlist today, I think I am going to forfeit hope for UCLA from now on, proud of everyone in this subreddit!
Will waitlist accepted undergraduates still have 4 years housing “guaranteed”? This is a huge advantage that UCLA has over my other college choice and I want to make sure it’s still available!!
