why are the acceptances in bits and pieces, isnt it supposed to be in waves on specific days? is this normal?

At the onset, the admits start as waves. As the spots are filled, then the admits go from waves to trickles.

Y’all think there’ll be an international engineering wave? Cuz honestly I haven’t seen any, and given they can give those seats to OOS students, what is the number I should expect?
