UCLA Design/Media

Does UCLA design/media consist of industrial design or product design. Also if I want to make the portfolio can I make designs of products on the computer or does it have to be a drawing, painting, or photography. Because if I want to center in the industrial design area I should make portfolio based on that right? Thank You!

I wanted to show them that I could do stuff outside of adobe illustrator, so I tried using photoshop to put a dogs head on a mans body. Instead of just sending that to them, I made it into a whole ad for shock collars.
