sigh i was hoping for next week, but at least we have an idea when decisions are out
I refuse to believe it unless the source is confirmed! 
I was really hoping for the 17th because I personally think that I have a better chance on getting into UCLA than UC Berkeley(better acceptance rate, 13% vs18%) I feel like I’m gonna be so stressed and anxious if I get to hear the rejection first from Cal.

@PokeBear that’s exactly what I was thinking lol. The acceptance rate for my major at UCLA is 52%, but at Berkeley it’s 24%.

@jjang25 they don’t look at major GPA, sorry, but you might still get in!
@yusanlol Yeah they do, they check out both Major GPA and Overall GPA, at least for Haas, the program he’s applying for I believe.
But I think it’s a good thing that you have 4.0 for your major gpa. If your a stem major, they tend to focus more on your major GPA rather than other courses

Who said they dont look at major GPA, it’s kinda weird if they didnt, doesnt make sense if they didnt whaaaat so many new factors stacking against meeee, feeling the heat reeeeee

@offwhiteazy @Princetonian9 Yeah he got banned unfortunately. He was a pretty cool guy in the DM chat man. We talked for like hours about the most random stuff lol
I think he was stressed out over admissions maybe thats why he was being rude to some people earlier. Of course that’s not acceptable just because of stress but too bad he got banned though. He had like a record of 300 comments or something lol.

That’s why we shouldn’t just obsess about getting into UCLA, Cal or whatever top school. It just adds unnecessary stress. I mean I know that’s the goal and that’s what we’ve all been working hard to get into but we gotta keep ourselves composed and try to stay healthy mentally.
