did anyone get off the waitlist for biochem?
I’m also an internaltional student. GPA:3.87 Applied math. I don’t think I get in at this point. I was so confident that I have high chance to UCLA at the beginning of this month. But now, it’s hopeless
I can only wait until tomorrow for a decision ?otherwise I am submitting my housing contract for Irvine
at this point, do we have to wait for students(who have gotten off from the waitlist) to decline their offer?? 
rather than waiting for a new wave of decisions?
Hi guys! I just wanted to give you guys some info about the UCLA housing situation. I was told in an email after saying that I would submit my SIR that “If you are admitted prior to June 15 and apply on time, you will have 15 days from the date of your admit letter to submit a housing application. If you are admitted after June 15, housing cannot be guaranteed; however, housing will work with you to offer spaces on a first come, first serve basis.”
@IBkidonthestreet I don’t know. I hope they wouldn’t withhold decisions from being released.
I go to a CCC that releases spring grades sort of late, so I could not input them on my additional comments section. I emailed my admissions counselor for my CCC as well but didn’t receive a response. Is there some other avenue that I could try? I got a 4.0 for the Spring, including As in two of my major prep classes that I suspected to be at least partially the reason for my waitlisting. I know that they’re “technically” not supposed to consider spring grades I think, but I’m almost certain that it could be impactful anyway.
So if you get in on the 15th (tomorrow) housing isn’t guaranteed correct?

Looks like folks on the UCLA 2023 waitlist thread are already seeing rejections 
apparently they didn’t get emails and just saw it on the portal.
Wow the freshman on the waitlist are only now getting rejections? Or is it an older thread?

@cdot1009 Yes, I got off the waitlist on Friday, June 7 around 8 am for Pre-Economics. I am not quite sure whether they are still announcing decisions. Let’s be optimistic and hope they get as many people as possible off the waitlist.
