UCLA Housing Account Difficulties

<p>I got an email titled “UCLA Housing and Live Chat Information,” and in the email it says to “obtain your Ask Housing password, select the Account Assistance button from the My Stuff tab.” </p>

<p>However, I don’t see the Account Assistance button under the tab. The only buttons I see are Account Overview, Support History, and Account Settings.</p>

<p>Do you guys see the Account Assistance button or not? Any help is appreciated</p>

<p>Here’s what I did: go to create a new account, put in your email address, a popup will inform you that an account under that email is already made, go to the reset password option and they send you a link, and now you can set your own password.</p>
