everyone seems to be getting sunset village…

I really wanted an RA <sigh></sigh>

@cubman777: yes, you are lucky to get an appartment. I want to live in appartment because it is much cheaper than the on-campus room… And the one who will live in the same appartment with you would be UCLA students anyway so, off course you should be able to meet people.

ps: I just sent UCLA an email fill with questions and ask whether I can change my offer now. Please someone somewhere somehow makes it work!

wanna trade, cubman?

lulubert, no worries my friend we are just special :)

but seriously, everyone is getting Sunset Village or Rieber Vista.

Glenrock West, 2 person Studio here. Anyone know anything about that? I wonder how well it pairs us with roommates if we put apartment type as primary.

[Residential Plazas (1001801)](http://map.ais.ucla.edu/go/1001801)

according to this site, a single bathroom is shared between 6 people. (4 for double room)

6 girls sharing one bathroom… is that even possible!!!

estan locos!

So i found this on the ASKHOUSING website.

How do I get the building and room type I want?

If you were not offered your top building/room type choice, here is how you can request a change:

Accept your current offer.

After you accept your offer, submit a Change of Assignment Request (CAR) by visiting [UCLA Housing - MyHousing](UCLA Housing - MyHousing) and selecting the Change of Assignment Request option. The on-line CAR will be available from April 2, 2009 through July 16, 2009 prior to 5:00 PM. You must accept your current offer in order to submit this request. Due to high demand, we do not expect to be able to grant the majority of the requests received. CAR’s are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

ok i hope this helps some of you.

Once I submit a Change of Assignment Request, when will I find out if it is approved?

Answer:
We approve Change of Assignment Requests based on availability, which means the request is not guaranteed. If your requested space becomes available, we will make the change and notify you via email. We will continue to make changes after the CAR deadline for one week. You will be notified via email on July 23, 2009 if we are unable to honor your request.

Ya your right mysterious. I was just thinking it is not the same as living in a huge building of all ucla students and being able to walk outside to get breakfast and dinner at the cafeteria though. Also the covel commens have all the tutorial center stuff so that is more convenient…

pinkerfloyd- i got the same as you! reiber terrace triple shared bath AND we have session 201 together lol

IM EXCITED! im taking it, wanna be close to campus!

Rieber Terrace here.

Got a question for those of you who put off-campus initially who then got on-campus housing. Can any of you choose the financial aid plan? I’m pretty sure I qualify, I just haven’t filled out the housing adjustment form yet. I’m asking because I don’t want the deadline to pass before I accept the offer…
