<p>ok well, i have an appeal under review, and i just tried to set up my ucla logon id for the hell of it, and it worked, i was able to go to any site…</p>

<p>Well yeah, you do get to log in if you have an appeal in review, but your access will be cut off if the appeal doesn’t go through.</p>
