UCLA or UCSD to transfer

<p>I’ve recently fallen in love with the field of neuroscience, and want to eventually get my phd from Colombia. I got accepted in UCLA psychology department (BA) and UCSD psychology department (BS). Which will help me get into colombia? the more prestiges school but with a BA, or the less prestigous school but with a BS</p>
