It’s theraputic and doctor prescribed. Ever shouted into a pillow because your course reader cost more than the course textbook? Ever wanted to just proclaim your secret disgust towards unwarranted actions by your own peers? Here is the place! And with finals coming up for all you South Campus majors, you know you just want to rant about something.

I’ll go first.

I was eating at a dining hall today with my boyfriend and this girl came by with her pack of friends and took all of the napkins from the plastic holder on our table and put back one.

Exactly. Moreover, in the long-run, you are actually saving a lot of money!

I hate how I spend so much money printing out articles for my history classes and feeling like I just placed a tree stump inside of my messenger bag. Oh, and I also feel guilty for supporting the killing of trees too. SAVE THE TREES!

i hate the people at bcaf who have to ask their friends about everything before they can make up their mind, especially when there are like 20 other people who already know what they want waiting in line

Yeah that’s true UCLAri. But my MIMG “textbook” cost 7 dollars and the course reader is 35 and all the material is published online. So I printed everything out and that cost about 7 dollars. So yeah, in many other ways that’s true but I saved myself 21 dollars.

my rant: all the walking. before i came here i was like oh i’ll get some good exercise… eh, its minimal. its more of a nuisance. UCLA is a valley too. dorms are on one hill, then you go down, then you go up again to get to north campus!!

I walk from my apartment in Westwood to Dodd twice a week. It’s for engineering. A pleasant walk though. I usually get ice cream during my break for the lecture. This is at 11 AM (usual time of my break), before I’ve really eaten much on the day. It usually at least keeps me up through lecture.
