Would you recommend taking regular summer session A, B, C or the TSP program for a new transfer? Why?

pro:
I get to choose my classes, so I can start working on classes required by my major, biz econ, which is a lot…
Con:
Have to apply for summer aid and housing. (Is financial aid generous in the summer according to your experience?)
TSP
only pro:
Its a whole package, they include housing and financial aid
Con: limited classes I can choose from, which seems redundant, since most transfers took many GEs for the past years…
Any suggestion?
