    The pool contained many qualified applicants, which made the selection process difficult. We are sorry that we are not able to offer you a TAP Scholarship.  We appreciate the time you spent assembling your application and value your accomplishments.

<p>I got a letter saying I was accepted for the scholarship on Wednesday, then an email from Hannah Lee saying I was rejected today. Did anyone else get both?</p>
