UCLA vs Penn (for a Master's in Higher Edu)

Hey All!

I recently got accepted for a Master’s in Student Affairs at UCLA and a Master’s in Higher Education at Penn (Uni of Penn). I am having a tough time picking between the two. Both are one-year programs and will help me gain a career in Student Affairs (and eventually become a Dean of Students or similar).

Which school would you recommend?

Thank you in advance!

I thought I was the only person having this debate. Lol I got accepted at harvard’s higher Ed program Friday, still waiting to her from penn.

I can’t seem to find anyone who has a real opinion about these programs. Or at least an opinion based on things that matter to me.

i know that UCLA’s program is a lot student-centered and more student affairs-y, whereas Penn’s program is more broad…
