So where should I go?

If you’re going to go engi, go UCLA. If you want a better education in any other type of field, go UofC. Consider the previously noted only if weather is not an issue.

I don’t know. If things like basketball, beach quality, and the number of girls who might sort of resemble Anna Faris are significant factors in the OP’s decision matrix, he should probably not buy any shorts that wouldn’t look good with something powder blue and gold up top. Apart from both being great research universities in large American cities, UCLA and Chicago are pretty different. It’s hard to imagine anyone finding them equally appealing. And if you are talking about basketball, the thumb is already on the scales.
