<p>I’m in the process of deciding which college to attend. I’m really only interested in CS, and that’s the one major that I applied to at all of the UCs and CSUs. I’ve narrowed down my choices to two colleges: UCLA, and SLO. (I also got into UCSD, UCI, UCD, and UCSC, but I have decided SLO is a better college for me) I’ve been put on UCLA’s wait list, and I would like to attend UCLA over SLO. My question is this: can I submit an intent to register to SLO, and also appeal to UCLA’s wait list? If I get accepted into UCLA, will it conflict with SLO’s registration, and can I withdraw my intent to register? I only have one more day to decide whether or not to appeal to UCLA’s wait list.</p>

<p>I would say accept the waitlisting but still accept another school. If UCLA takes you, you can rebuke your acceptance to the other college. That’s what I’m doing since I too was waitlisted.</p>
