What are my chances of being accepted through TAG and if not TAG what are my chances of being accepted in general.
So long as you meet all of the TAG requirements, you should be in.

Merced, Riverside, Santa Cruz are the three that can handle that GPA for TAG. You need to look at the other UCs - some will accept if you have 3.2 by end of this fall (possibly doable), and a few that need 3.2 by end of this previous summer (you don’t qualify).
Best approach is to check the requirements for the three UCs noted above and verify that sociology is viable.

Yes, as I said above, you met the UCR TAG GPA. So assuming everything else is lined up, you’ll be admitted. 
I agree - as long as you’ve taken the right classes, filed the correct forms and meet the GPA threshold you’ll get in.
