I WILL TRY TO CHANCE YOU BACK. Also, what should I aim on the ACT SO MY TEST SCORES ARE AT THE SAME LEVEL AS MY GPA?

My assessment is
Washington=Match
Virginian=reach
UCS=reach
UC Davis, UCSB, UC Irvine, UCSC=match(assuming I can get a 29 on ACT)
UCSD, UCLA, UCB =reach

UC Merced and Riverside= safety
I AM IN THE TOP 7% OF MY CLASS AND AM A CA RESIDENT

UVA definite reach unless you have a legacy because you will be put in the pool of out of state candidates where there is only an 10%ish acceptance rate. Definitely get those standardized tests scores up. 33 on ACT is 99th percentile out of all ACT test takers, but there is not much difference between a 34 and 36. Aim for those scores. A good writing score will differentiate you from the rest because the new writing section is super diffficult. I got an 26 in writing section my first time when I followed the advice of my tutor, which was the average score at that moment for all kids that got 36 composite score on the rest of the ACT. Nevertheless , I took it again and got a 35 on the writing section, which is practically unheard of and I didn’t follow what my tutor told me to do. The point is, with subjective testing like writing, go with your gut and that can differentiate you from the rest of the pack.

Chance me back!

UCLA/UCB/UCSD/UCSC: Reach
UCI/UCD/USB: High Match/Low Reach
UCSC: High Match/Match
UCCR: Match
UCM: Safety

UCLA/UCB: Reach
UCI/UCD/USB etc.: Match
UVA: Reach unless you get the ACT up to around a 33-34, OOS is very competitive
Washington: Safety
USC: Reach

Really everything depends on the ACT and a lot of things will shift once you get that in order.
