<p>Major prereqs really don’t matter unless you’re doing Engineering, Bio Sci, or Math-Economics. There might have also been one more major too but that should be about it. Otherwise, UCSB doesn’t even admit you by major. I got into pre-Biopsychology missing about 5 major prereqs.</p>

<p>I really do not understand how to find your financial aid offer. All I get is the “Your FAFSA was received on 1/2/2011”</p>
<p>It’s so obvi! just look to your left after logging in to check your status and click on the link that says “Unofficial Award Letter” and then click on “Unofficial Award letter” on the next page too!</p>
<p>If it still doesn’t show up then you probably just need to give them more time to get everything settled in.</p>

<p>Hello, this is my first post on the site. I noticed another user asked about the unofficial award letter and mine also said “Your initial 2011-2012 FAFSA was received by the federal processor…” I was told by a financial aid advisor that they don’t release an unofficial award letter for transfer students. Once you submit your SIR, then you will get official award letter. This confuses me because I also noticed other applicants receive their unofficial letter. Does anyone have more info on this? Thanks!</p>
