<p>I probably wrong then. But it applies to mine when I compared with my friends’ perm. Their perm # start with 2, and some 3. And they already got in.</p>
<p>Sorry guys, but I think it really is random. I turned in my application at the very last minute in November, and I’m completing my English/Critical Thinking course this semester, and I was accepted and it was posted on the first day of decisions @ 4:00 on the dot <em>shrugs</em></p>

<p>I called them yesterday and they said they only evaluate 50-100 applications each day, and there are still several thousands of applications have yet been evaluated. </p>
