I was accepted to ucsb but appealing to ucla. I went to ucsb for their reel loud film festival last friday and wow - a gorgeous campus. The vibe is amazing (very laid back), and they layout the school perfectly for cyclist like myself. The study spaces seem very modern and ideal for learning. I hear there is a lot of partying at ucsb, and it was confirmed when i encountered a student event that seemed to be “poppin off” lol. Anyway, i am 32 year old non trad undergrad transfer, likely the oldest student on campus at any given time. I have lived on my own and held a full-time job for a long time now, this housing situation and leaving my job is going to be challenge.
