Anyone know if we’re going to receive actual acceptance packets? All I got was the yellow envelope that says congratulations
@africangirl97 I think that’s our actual acceptance packet. The envelope came with some information about the campus buts it’s mostly for display purposes it seems like.
@willowstil There is no source. People here talk out of their butts as if they work at the admissions office. Keep your hopes up, anything can happen.

I think a lot of you are assuming that the last drops will be rejections because you’re mostly seeing people posting about their acceptances. But I think the reality is most people don’t exactly want to share their rejections and it’s totally random.
@acceptmeplsssss Exactly. I’m personally not worried about it, but I want to prevent the spread of potential misinformation. Half the time when I ask people for sources they don’t respond cause they ain’t no sauce, lol. And imo there’s a big difference between saying “my friend told me ” or “I think _” vs just stating it as fact.
There’s so much contradictory information when it comes to college admissions, it’s like we’re trying to solve an elaborate mystery with nothing but tiny scraps of questionable evidence that would never hold up in court ?
@sleepypolarbear Thank you for the reassurance. Honestly it feels completely crappy to know you TAG’d and to not hear back. I applied as an English major and I know it’s not impacted major.
So based off last years thread, people were being accepted, waitlisted and denied on April 19, 20, 21, 22.
Decision pending here as well, the wait sucks but it doesn’t mean your chance for admission has been diminished in any way if you still haven’t received word. I know it sounds pretentious, but stay optimistic
