OMG !!! I really didn’t think I was gonna get in because it was taking so long. I literally check my portal 5 times a day and I checked right now for the 3rd time and I was accepted.

The fact that this pending could potentially last another two weeks is killing me…especially since so many people have already found out. I haven’t heard back form a single college yet, they’re all pending.
My brother who tagged got declined on the first day, I didn’t tag and have a really really bad GPA and I still haven’t found out… I feel bad
@DJCABO if he had all of his requirements and meets the minimum GPA, he should definitely appeal.
@StudentAgain Yes! I live in San Jacinto which is in Riverside county- dry and desert like, so it’s a nice geographical change. I highly recommend you visit the campus to see how you like it. When you get that gut feeling wherever you go, you know it’s the place to be! I’m going this Sunday to just explore the area. Everything is so nearby like a new target opening up. I like how I can take the bus or ride my bike wherever and I don’t need a car to move around. If I were to go to UCR I’d need a car. Geographically, UCR is not in the safest neighborhood. There’s no small college town feel like you’d get at UCD, UCSB or UCLA.

I used to live in san Jacinto you’re right. I stay in riverside now but i’m definitely gonna go to UCSB and Irvine to see what feels right. @vrios95
