<p>I have always heard that the UC’s have much more respect than Cal states, but be sure to consider financial and location. Of course, since I am a UCSB-fanatic I would say UCSB, but it depends on where you would like to spend your next 4 years. Have you visited both campuses?</p>

<p>I havent been to sanoma, but i fell in love with UCSB after visiting it, and that wasn’t even from shock value. I live an hour away and have been there numerous times (even on a field trip in elementary school) so the weather/beach wasn’t completely amazing to me - but after hearing about all the academics and meeting the people - I love it. I even went in with a negative opinion so please be sure to visit both and make your decision.</p>
