I applied on February 14th and got my acceptance on March 4th.
Freshman here. I got accepted today to Track 4 (Resistance is Futile). I was worried a bit due to my unweighted gpa (cumulative 3.66 uw, 4.03 w) but I worked on my essays an insane amount and tried to make up for it with ec’s lol (orch, usabo, quizbowl, debate, wiki editing). I was also a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation was giving me financial aid to participate in this program in some sort of partnership thing and I also go to a fairly competitive hs so I think that also played a big role in my acceptance.

Hi, I’m a freshman and I just got accepted to SRA.
I don’t know anyone that has done this program before. and I have a few random logistical questions like
how rigorous the program is/ do we get time off? are we able to post letters? if we play a musical instrument is it possible to bring it and reserve private rooms to practice?
if anyone has done this program before it would be helpful to have some of these answered, thanks

We applied in March and the app has been “Under Review” for a little over 2 weeks. How many people are generally accepted per track, and are spots likely all taken by March?
i submitted it later than most people here on 3/5. they sent me the acceptance email on 3/25 I believe, so roughly 3 weeks I would say

It seems like they indeed publish admissions results on Fri. My son (freshman) got in Track 4! We submitted our app late - 3/11.
Hi, I just got accepted (4/2) to track 5. I am a residential student but haven’t received an email from summer discovery yet. Does anyone know how long it takes for Summer discovery to reach out (paying for housing)?
