UCSB TAG - should I sign my lease?

<p>I’m currently looking for friends to rent an apartment at UCSB, however, I have obviously not been formally admitted yet. I do have TAG with a 3.3 gpa, IGETC done, pre-reqs done and all requirements met (and this semester will be a breeze). Do you think its a good idea to go ahead and sign a lease, or wait.</p>

<p>If I wait I might end up having to rent a studio and paying $400 extra per month… </p>

<p>If for whatever reason you don’t get in (looks like you will), you can always sublet it or have someone replace you until your lease is over.</p>
