But they didn’t even REJECT me, they just said that I didn’t satisfy their requirements and that I could not be admitted. I can’t even appeal because they would need me to present new material that had not been presented in my original application and I have none.

Go see a xfer counselor at your school to go over your app and see what may be missing. And if there is a mistake then of course you can appeal. UCs make mistakes.</p>
