Hi I will be a freshman attending UCSC in the fall and I’m a little worried about the sketchy town and environment and was wondering if anyone who has attended there has tips on staying safe or has any advice! Thanks
“Sketchy”? The Wikipedia entry for Santa Cruz says, “Santa Cruz is known for its moderate climate, the natural beauty of its coastline, redwood forests, alternative community lifestyles, and socially liberal leanings.” Is “hippie” now “sketchy”?
