<p>When do you know you are really accepted (as in getting this acceptance code)? After they get your transcript/recommendation or after you do the enrollment/pay for the whole thing? If you already got it how how long did you wait?</p>

<p>I did Academic Connections and it was amazing! It was without a doubt, the best three weeks of my life. Our RA was really laid back, so as long as you were within the dorms by ten for the floor meeting, you were good/ we had classes from about 9-4 with a 2 hour lunch break and you were free to hang out or do the different activities or go on all the various fieldtrips. I think academic connections spoiled me for high school though,you don’t want to go back. I am excited to attend ucsd for real in the fall.</p>
<p>I got accepted towards the end of january in my year and paid right away I think, have you heard back from them?</p>
<p>My family wasn’t sure about letting me go (b/c of cost and a lot of other little things)…so I just finished paying the full thing like yesterday…(since people can continue to apply until the program actually starts)</p>
<p>But supposably I’m only supposed to pay in full after I get accepted and I haven’t recieved an “acceptance code”…so I was just wondering, so if I don’t I could go w/ my plan B for summer.</p>
