<p>Hey, I just SIR’ed to UCSD and was not asked to pay anywhere during the process, but it does say this on the checklist:
"Billing Statement
You may have used E-Check to pay your Statement of Intent to Register. E-Check is a convenient way to pay your future bills as well. All students are automatically enrolled in E-Bill and you can check your UC San Diego e-mail for your billing statement notification.</p>
<p>In addition, you may want to register your parents to receive E-Bill notices and give them access to your billing account and E-Check. To find out more, please read this."</p>
<p>Does this mean it has been payed for already? Sorry, I am confused…</p>
<p>@transferoutt: I was never prompted to pay the SIR fee either. I emailed admissions about it and they said it wasn’t required for me. Here’s what they said in return:</p>

<p>Your SIR has been received and you are not required to submit $100.00 deposit.</p>

<p>Hi! I was offered a spot on the waitlist and I am trying to figure out whether I should take it or not. Can someone who was accepted post the conditions of their acceptance?</p>
<p>One thing that worries me is I dropped three classes I said I was going to take this Spring (I listed them on the academic update that we had to do in January). I did the Transfer Academic Update again on March 2nd, which turned out the be the day after the “priority deadline” for UCSD. I’m worried that they offered me a position on the waitlist based on the information provided before the March 2nd, and that if I am accepted off of the waitlist. I worry that one of the conditions is I have to complete all of the classes listed on my app, so if they did not consider the updates I made after March 2nd, I would have already broken the conditions of my acceptance.</p>
