<p>UCSD doesnt let anybody in with less than a 3.2 unless they have TAG. This is not rumor it is verified fact straight from UCSD themseles. Dont believe me? call and ask what the cutoff was last year.</p>

<p>whats the cut off for computer engineers? I had a 3.6 end of fall quarter but winter quarter that dropped to a 3.29-3.3</p>

<p>Actually, I believe blkbox. According to UCSD’s transfer statistics, in Fall 2010 8% of transfer admits had between a 2.99 and 2.70 and 1% had below 2.7. There are always exceptions to rules, especially with college applications. </p>

<p>@cshizzle - they dont see your winter/ spring quarter grades when making their decision. as long as you stay above a 3.0 and don’t get any Ds you should be good to enter a UC this fall.</p>
