-Complete at least 60 semester or 90 quarter UC transferable units by the end of Spring term 2010 with an overall UC grade point average (GPA) of at least a 3.00.
-Remain in good academic standing in your last regular term with at least a 2.00 GPA for UC-transferable course work for that term.

Never mind, I think i might have answered my own question: “You must earn a cumulative 3.0 minimum UC GPA earned by the end of Fall term 2010 and maintained through the end of Spring term 2011.”…But does this mean, what ever grades I get in my spring classes (as long as im passing with a C) shouldn’t matter as long as my gpa OVERALL is above a 3.0??

I was offered a scholarship and told to have it turned in by April 16th! BUTTT they haven’t accepted me yet… Do you guys think that is a good sign of acceptance?

I just talked to my brother whos at UCD, hes going on pretty much a full ride. He got into alot of the ucs. He said time doesnt matter, as long as u get in by the deadline. This is the text i sent him:

ME: Hey bro, alot of people havent gottan in @ UCSD, and that goes with me. UCSD has untill april 30th. The longer it takes the chances go down huh?

BROTHER: no, I remeber washington took forever for me while john got in super fast. mine was almost to the deadline and i got in. Don’t worry. Time means NOTHING!

@chrisleetyped and anyone else wondering the same thing:

I called a UCSD admissions rep today concerning a Physics class I wanted to drop this semester. I’m a CSE: Computer Science & Engineering major (with TAG). He said that it was okay to drop any courses listed this semester so long as I fulfilled my TAG agreement. 3.00+ cumulative GPA, IGETC certification, and 60+ semester units.

**Of course, if your major is impacted, it MAY affect your admission decision. (Mine, thankfully, is not)
