<p>So far I have gotten into UCSC and UCD. I got rejected from UC irvine this morning for not having more pre reqs done. It said that I met all of the minimum elegibilty requirements but that they mostly admit students who have more of an academic history. Whatever that means. UCD is my second choice school so the hit wasn’t too hard.</p>
<p>But 3 more days for UCSD!!</p>

<p>I wouldn’t worry too much. I know someone that got into UCSD with a 3.1 GPA. But he has all of his pre reqs done.</p>

<p>@ doworkson: that’s because UCI is VERY competitive for majors like Biology and Business, dude. You gotta weigh in all other factors, it’s not just that a high/low GPA rules you out. Don’t lose hope!</p>

<p>Sociology? Well I definitely know it’s not impacted, and it’s not as competitive as some of the other popular majors like the sciences and engineering. </p>
