<p>Why would they even go through the hassle to change it if it wasn’t an indicator?</p>

<p>has below 3.1</p>

<p>Because it probably wasn’t a hassle at all. It was probably an automatic thing, hence why everyone’s has changed.</p>
<p>Well I mean lets be honest 5 people on here hardly constitutes “everyone”. We shall find out by this evening though if everybody comes here and posts it.</p>

<p>I have a 3.19 (or 3.17, depending on if they don’t count 1 course) and mine also changed.</p>
<p>It’s so funny – UCSD seems like procrastinators themselves, considering 1. the housing message’s “check back later” and 2.. the avanteur saying “sorry, come back mid-May.” Pitiful admissions.</p>
<p>Yup, mine changed too. Look like they caught up with the bug and fixed the system 
Either that or all of us will get in the next batch. Quick way to confirm is to find someone who still see the old message :)</p>

<p>In the game of statistics, this would be quite unlikely to happen where everyone on here JUST HAPPENS to have their message change.</p>

<p>Yeah hate to say it but it doesnt look like its a good sign anymore…although everyone who posted here based on last years stats is pretty guranteed to be in.</p>
<p>Odd though this didnt happen last year…and if they were going to do anything why not just leave the old message…the new one seems to imply you should return. But Iv stopped questioning them.</p>

<p>If you have a 3.1/3.2 you probably didnt get in so your housing message change must be a fluke lol</p>
<p>A little bit mess up, isn’t it? LoL I am pretty sure I saw a coupe of 3.2 and 3.1 got admitted this batch and previous batch. The school hasn’t even started yet but I can smell the competition atmosphere. haha</p>
<p>my housing message has changed too, saying that
“Housing will be accepting applications for Fall term beginning May 2, 2010. Please come back to this site at this time.”
is that a good sign??</p>

<p>around 50% of applicant with a 3.0-3.2 we admitted.</p>
<p>Well I am specifically implying that their odds are significantly less than those with a 3.3 and above. They may or may not get in that’s to be seen, but their odds are shorter that is for sure.</p>
