<p>@myth: It doesn’t guarantee a major, so naturally they’re going to admit all the 3.7/3.8/3.9 TAG/non-TAG first, then admit all the lower TAG people. That said, it’s realistic to assume that a major isn’t going to have a 50% jump in applicants from one year to the next, so you can get an idea of what majors are “guaranteed”</p>

<p>they were done with the applications at least a week ago. i’m going to sleep now though. gonna check right now… 11 AM… waking up in 4 hours. if i see a rejection i’m calling.</p>
<p>also, my friend with a 3.24 with TAG was admitted in the first batch. a month and a half ago.</p>
