<p>So, I just applied as a transfer to UCSD for winter after applying and getting rejected from the one school I applied to for fall (not smart I know). I am a little nervous though because I didn’t check the little TAG box. I meet all of the requirements and everything for admission but I was under the impression that a TAG is something that you sign … like literally. And I figured I hadn’t signed anything so I probably shouldn’t check it. </p>
<p>Well I just read on these forums that that little box was important. Needless to say anxiety is starting to sink because I’m unsure whether or not my application will even be considered now. So does anyone know if they actually use the TAG box as a filter or if it’s just … there?</p>
