<p>Ok, I’m a white female senior. I have a 3.5 unweighted gpa (my school doesnt weight grades), and I’m taking full-IB classes. 2010 SAT, I have a job, am in key club, MUN, asian club, and my school’s “club” that help freshmen transition into high school</p>

<p>In-state or out-of-state? It is a factor for UCSD (and UCB/LA also) and the top 3 UCs are the only places where you can even fathom the possibility of better odds for OOS vs. in-state.</p>

<p>Im out of state (and fortunately dont really need scholarship $) :)</p>

<p>I assume full-IB courses are counted as honors for UC GPA computation so I assume UC GPA is more like 3.8-4.0. Plus paying full (or near-full) freight is a good thing.</p>
