@FallenAngel58 does it say at what time you were accepted? Because so far, there has not been another batch of decisions.
@perksofbeingdani The e-mail came today at 11:59 a.m., but I had not checked in a few days. I remember having friends tell me they got a call telling them they were accepted and checking the account and being sad no decision had been made. I think the last time I checked was 3/9, so the portal may have updated before today.
why are some people posting just now on the UCSD decisions thread that they were admitted? Did they get their admission status updated today?
@kobe24mamba they probably got the decision yesterday/didn’t check or just decided to post today. I don’t believe any new decisions came out today.
Also, did anyone who got a supplement get accepted? I got a supplement but haven’t heard anything back.

I am trying to contain myself. But honestly, I am so done atm. It isn’t that hard to input decisions! If they have something that they are too afraid to tell us, just tell us! I don’t care whether it depressing or sad- I honestly just need to know so that if UCSD is not an opportunity for me, I can move on. If it is, I will be extremely happy. But if it isn’t, I need to know now so I can move on.
No School on monday :^) could be a great monday or a horrible start to the week
Sorry I’m not much help guys! I thought I had been rejected because I did not get a phone call so I wasn’t really checking too often. If someone else who does know when their portal changed can tell how long afterwards the e-mail came out, then you guys would know when my portal changed
Is it possible to change which of the colleges you get accepted into? Like I was admitted into ERC and I was wondering if it is possible to switch into maybe Muir or Warren or Marshall?
I’m going crazy.
Y’all need to calm down, its still pretty early considering most of the other ucs haven’t come out yet. Randomly guess what the problem is or obsessively checking the portal won’t change your decision. Lets all have some patience and faith.
After running in a track meet I did not get a response from UCSD, this is pathetic…it’s causing anxiety for my whole damn family since UCSD is a very important decision, even though it is not a top choice for myself.
Oh well, that’s life. I’ll move on to UCLA I guess.
I’m probably going to go to church tomorrow just in case acceptances are still coming out
@thegolfer1 It is possible but extremely difficult. You would have to prove that switching to a different college would help you graduate faster. You can read more about it by logging on to the portal, scrolling past your acceptance letter, and clicking on “Frequently Asked Questions.”
So since it’s already 3 and it is a weekend, can we assume that another batch won’t come out until Monday?
