I turned my app in literally a few hours before the deadline but I got my decision at 3 exactly on Friday lol
@canyouacceptmepls nope! all of my friends got accepted and they didn’t apply earlier than me!
Every time I think about the decision I’m like it’s ok don’t worry you’ll find out tomorrow but then deep down there is a monster hiding inside of me saying no girl no you ain’t gonna find out tomorrow. YOU ARE GOING TO SUFFER. I can’t take this anymore seriously need help
I’ve been March 30ed as well. I think people shouldn’t put themselves down but don’t be too optimistic either because that might make you even more upset if you end up being rejected. I think the best thing for us March 30ers to do is look to the future, pretend you already got a decision(rejection/wait list) and ask yourself what are you going to do moving forward. This way an acception would be a wonderful surprise but no one is going to cry or be shocked by a rejection.
I wish UCSD would read cc and realize how dedicated we are and accept us
Did anyone get admitted but no phone call? My friend and I didn’t get a phone call and we were both March 30ed.
@wilddaffodils I didn’t get a phone call but I was accepted on Friday
@virsha24 Would you please give us your SAT and GPA scores?
Im from NJ and got accepted Undeclared even though I applied for Mechanical Engineering. What does it mean to be “March 30ed”?
@may12020 gurrl if only we knew.
@may12020 It is for people who received “thank you for applying. All the results will come out by March 30.”
I didn’t get a call but was accepted on friday
If I’m out of state and got into UCSD, how do you think the changes of me getting into UCLA are?
Getting into UCSD is in no way an indication of chances to UCLA.
I can’t focus on homework.I’m anxious to see if there will be more acceptances :-<
When you call UCSD admissions tomorrow ask them how many total applicants were accepted through March 11. This will give you an indication of how many more spots, if any, may be available by March 30. Good luck to you all!
I have a 3.8 UC GPA, 1790 SAT, 25 ACT, have two 3’s for AP tests, and sent no SAT Subject Test scores.
However, I feel that my EC’s, essays, and everything else are pretty strong.
I’m majoring in Computer Science.
What are my chances of getting in?
What does it mean to be Undeclared even though I applied for engineering? Am I still able to be an engineer or do i have to select a different major? My college is Warren btw
idk @muhammade what APs did you take?
@may12020
You have to pick a new major. Engineering is almost impossible to get into. If you are set on engineering, choose a different school.
