Yes, portal definitely changed for my son too.
There is no note saying that decisions will be released late March. Also, I can change my major now apparently

what exactly does it say now for the note, does it still let u view all the forms u filled out and the items checklist?
Yea the portal changed. Now there are only two options “change my applicant portal password” and “logout” instead of the residency questionaire and surveys.
It says Welcome, Name
then there is the Applicant information box
and then the option to change password
and log out
