The only difference for mine is that they will release in mid march is gone and everything else is still there

That is how mine looks. I do not have the change majors option so I think it is a bad sign.

Okay its either that the people who have it all are accepted, and the people who only have their name waitlisted/rejected?? Or they are just slowly deleting it for everyone? Idk
