I was accepted by UCSD as well as UCSB, and SDSU. I’ve been rejected from UCLA, CSULB, USC, Occidental, and waitlisted from LMU. I am still waiting to hear back from a few schools such as CSUN. I am interested in Film Production, and I’ve heard CSUN has a good film program, while UCSD has a Visual Arts- Media program, and UCSB just has film studies. I know that UCSB is an hour and a half or more from LA and UCSD is over two hours I think. Which college would be the best choice if I’m trying to get into the film industry as soon as possible?

SPACES program is accepting today, has anyone who applied been accepted yet?
Has anyone got the triton checklist email and what does it say? And anyone signed up and what is showing in the checklist?
I did the SIR and paid the deposit and my portal says I will get an email in 2 business days but I haven’t got it yet

Hey, my acceptance package came opened, destroyed and loose from our lovely postal service. I want to find out what might have fallen out since everything was opened and each component was left loose and unmarked. If one of you could be kind enough to type out a list of everything that came in your acceptance package, that would be a real help. Thanks in advance
@Buscus217 Mines came opened too, and so did my friends. But it had an acceptance letter, triton card, housing book, certificate of acceptance, and that is all.
@Julieta2321 I applied but I haven’t received anything (SPACE)
I applied to UCSD and UCI with a preferred computer science major and got accepted to both schools but undeclared. I can’t decide which school to attend both are ranked among the best. I know UCSD is slightly better but it is more competitive to be accepted to Computer Science. On the other hand, UCI has it’s own school of computer science which makes it easier to be accepted as a computer science major in the second year.

@Julieta2321 my daughter was accepted for SPACES via email around 3 pm. Unfortunately, the link to confirm attendance wasn’t working so we don’t have much more info than that.

There’s three programs in SPACE Engineering, SIAPS, and the black student union I believe.
S got his packet yesterday. It was a dark blue “envelope” where you could remove a portion of it to make a crown. HIs had a letter, a certificate indicating he was accepted and then a plastic card that was crown shaped at the top. They said to wear it during admitted students day to get some goodies. It looked like it had a two small holes at the top that you could attach to a name badge or something like that which I assume they will provide during check in at admitted students day.
My S is still deciding and their admitted day is the same as UCSB, Cal Poly, Rensselear, etc!
