<p>so the acceptance rate for transfer students is actually lower than last years? i thought there were supposed to be lowering the rates for freshmen but raising the rates for transfer students. oh man oh man, please let me be a part of that 56%</p>
<p>Okay, that makes more sense…6300 Admitted and then much less actually enroll…</p>
<p>Oh and do they tell you WHY they do if they reject you? I think you can appeal right? I just really don’t see why they would reject me… </p>
<p>I took 25 units for Spring 2009…would that put me at risk, since it is a heavy load…</p>
<p>Also you have to realize alot of the people who apply don’t meet all the reqs. Like a good chunk of them because they have been consoled wrong, or they thought they’d try and give it a shot anyways.</p>
<p>Those of us who have all the req’s done, and have a good GPA should be fine!</p>
<p>I got mine yesterday in the mail. I loved how the mail was like “Yup, it’s the big envelope.” </p>

<p>The color of the envelope was blue-ish with a buncha happy UCSD kids on the cover.</p>
<p>I am still waiting on that envelope. Picking UCSD over UCSB now though.</p>
<p>considering my housing isn’t updated, i’m pretty sure i was rejected. unless they only do that rIGHT before they tell you that you are accepeted…</p>

For me yes. I got my big envelop in my mailbox two weeks after I got the admission decision on internet.</p>
<p>the village, UCSD housing sent me a pamphlet today. it’s pretty nice, but still too expensive.</p>

<p>haha dont hate!!! it is great…i got my envelope today …meh … i really wana go there but the envelope was kinda lacking…thought there would be more insid eof it but meh okay ill take it transfer admit day here i come!!!</p>

<p>The reasons probably include magic and fairy dust! But I also hope UCSD finally posts all the decisions tomorrow.</p>
<p>Not to burst any bubbles or anything…BUT… Today at Santa Monica College we had a. Huge college fair and UCSD was there. The lady who usually represents UCSD on our campus told me that the remaining applicants will know on the 30th. So I guess we have to wait…and wait… And wait!</p>
