dude taht exam was hella easy i could’ve gotten an easy 90%

Haha, try taking it with less than 12 hours worth of studying in the span of 5 weeks.

I really shouldn’t have put it off as long as I did.

You can access all our course materials by reducing that url

wait are those the answers for the test you have coming up?

Lucky!

Let me ask you guys something. How many semester units did you guys have at the end of fall 2008

haha, no way. If they were I sure as hell wouldn’t be posting them on here. :D

they’re old exams, to let us have a feel for the layout of our exam.

Hey UCLA or BUST,
Welcome back. I had about 55 units completed (everything for Igetc) and I took 25 this semester (if all goes well over the next five days, I will be keeping my 4.0 gpa).
Why, does that matter?
Holy cow, I really need UCSD to accept me!

ey everybody go to bed

gatita, did ur housing message change??

Hey, not as far as I checked.
I have not checked since yesterday afternoon (three finals yesterday).
God, I hope it did.
Did it for you? Sorry, I kinda feel behind with the forum.
Although, it looks like we made peace with UC_Transfer.
Hey Man, welcome to the club. :)

I had 40 units and took 24 units in spring. with also a 4.0. that might hurt me huh. but i still have a 4.0 even afte this semester.

Yeah, I am the same. Why would that hurt?
Sounds like you are an excellent student.
My hurt is that I am an out of state student for the last year. I move back to SD next week. ****, let me in.

Thanks, that seems to be the pattern here. People hate me, then i’m grudgingly accepted. I like it actually.

Whatever works, man.
Legendary, any word?

well it hurts you because a school prefers students who have completed the most units closest to 60 by the time of application because they are less of a risk to accept. Where as I am taking 24 units this semester so that to the committee is a risk that I will complete it. even with my 4.0. They rather accept someone with the units already completed.

How old are the people on here?

I have way too many quarter units. It’s insane.

I’m 21.

Oh, hm, well, the 4.0 should provide them with a link of (super) good faith for you. I cannot see why they would not take you.
I cannot believe this. I am not only am clinically insane but may end up staying in MI.
Hahaha, wow, that blows.

I didnt get into UCLA for this reason. Even with my grades and a 2350 on SATs plus I did all of my classes while in highschool, which is why I only had 40 units by end of fall 2008. Im graduating from High School in june but I didnt tell the admissions committee that I was a concurrent student. Im thinking of appealing. Should I do so, will knowing that I did all of this in high school most likely change their minds. Plus they dont know about my SAT scores cause I applied as a transfer. I need some advice.

Maybe me just turning 18 also messed me up. they might think im not mature enough.

Oh heavens.
Hm, well, my advice would be to appeal. Why did you withhold such useful academic information (not an attack, I just want to know in case it better served you not to say that). I cannot see why that would hurt you, if anything, it would make you look incredible.
My best advice would be to contact the admissions department at SD/LA and explain the situation.
I cannot see why they would not love to have a hardworking, dedicated student like you.
