Got into UCSD as a transfer student with major of Biochemistry and cell biology
Can I declare a double major in Bio-engineering?
No, if you were not admitted directly into Bioengineering as a transfer student you cannot transfer into a major in that department.
“Please note that the Bioengineering Department does not accept applications from transfer students through the Continuing Student Application, as it will significantly delay time to graduation. If you would like to pursue Bioengineering as a transfer student, you must have been directly admitted into one of the majors upon admission to UC San Diego.”
