Is anyone also not going to Triton day? I Live around 10 hour from San Diego. I’m assuming I can visit the campus anytime summer and also go to the regular orientation. Is Triton day worth going?
I’m not going either. However, I live in Temecula, but during transfer orientation I read that basically you will spend the whole day walking around campus and stuff.
Plus i’m taking summer courses there as well.
im not going to triton day since im going to cal day today this weekend and triton day is right before my finals week. They have other days to sign up for anyways

I can’t stop crying because i declined my offer of admission by mistake thinking I’ll go to UCSB. It says on the portal that I can email them if I declined by accident, which I did, so I’m really hoping for the best. I feel like my spot will go to someone on the waitlist, but i hope it’s the best of both worlds where they give me the chance to attend too.
@futurebruin205 I applied as a CS major but got admitted into my random pick of an alternate. Recently changed my major to Cognitive Science Specializing in design and computer interaction. I’m hoping I can transfer over into the CS major later on but its literally a lottery system.
Yea I think math is no doubt one of the most beautiful and respected things on earth but I think I’m pretty bad at it. I’m currently taking Calc 3 and it’s kicking my ass. Props to you for taking on that challenge! Are you going to Triton Transfer Day?

Can I ask UC to delay my decision date?
I got offers from both UCD and UCSD. My girlfriend is waitlisted for UCSD and admitted for UCD. We want to study in the same school, and we both prefer UCSD over UCD. She has opted in for UCSD’s waitlist, but they may release the decisions after 6/1, which is my SIR deadline. Can I ask UCSD to delay my SIR deadline? My girlfriend is an important factor when it comes to me deciding which school I should go to.
Anyone else not on Facebook like me? Do you guys want to make a Instagram, Snapchat or Twitter group chat for UCSD 2019 transfers?
