<p>I just got a gift grant from ucsd around 9 grand yet my parents are upper middle class and people were telling me that they almost got nothing but federal loans. Could my grant just been based on my grades because I did have a super high gpa. And can I continue getting this amount in gift grant next year from UCSD by having a 3.5 plus gpa or even higher?</p>
