UCSD has released MOST of its decisions on the first day

According to [Ms. Sun’s Admissions Blog for Highly Selective California Public Universities - UC Transfer Decision Time Line & Decision Portals](Error) which i believe.
UCSD has released MOST of its decisions already. Some of them will be released in the next few weeks before April.

I’m starting to get nervous

Serious???

is ms. sun a reliable source?

It is but I really don’t know because a lot if tap people still pending too

I wouldn’t stress too much guys. “Most” could be anywhere from 51% to 75%. And even if it’s 75%, 75% of about 7,000 students still leaves about 2500 students in “pending”.

If you’ve been rejected, I’m sure they’d tell you.

:) get my hopes up

Has anyone been rejected yet?

Seriously. I mean do you find out if you’ve been rejected before the end?

Nope they save the rejections for the end.

=,= But most of my gpa 3.5+ friends who applied for sd haven’t heared anything yet. So I guess sd releases decisions by major?

^ No, its random.

I call bullsht. Nobody knows anything…I have a family member who personally knows people in admissions and they wouldnt even tell her anything (and she works for ucsd)…so take this with a grain of salt.

@ lbc, I second that!

Yeah, you figure if Ms. Sun had all the insider info she would have a little more to say.

lol Ms. Sun started by answering each and every question on YAHOO ANSWERS about college related posts. Since she started to receive popularity she banked on the idea and started the website (check out the please make a donation button on front page). I’d say she has maybe a little more than average information, but nothing to hold confidence in.

ALL of my friends that applied to SD have already gotten in, all of them had lower GPA’s than I as well.

for all you know, it’s a he. It’s the internet afterall.

You’re so right, I emailed her with a list of questions, adding that “I called the schools and gathered all I could find,” and three weeks later she replied to me with the briefest answers that had nothing new.

Btw, her fees/rates for her “college advice services” are pretty stunning.

I feel like she is such a joke. It really is not hard at all to figure out how to transfer into schools. I know at least at my CC the guidance staff is basically a joke. I have never even been helped by them and the times I needed to speak to them for things like excessive units and what not they wasted loads of time. I was able to figure it out myself in a month just doing research every once in a while. I tell friends and co workers all the time to not waste there time and I’ll help them out. I guess maybe I could be like her and just start charging people. If you need that much help to figure everything out you obviously shouldn’t be going to any top schools…

psh forget mrs. sun, i signed a TAG and have a 3.5 gpa, i’m gettin in
