I’m transferring to UCSD as an English major; however, I am taking lower division science classes (Bio, Chem, O Chem, Phys, Math) in order to prepare myself for the MCAT and fulfill the requirement for medical school. I’m entering as a junior and bringing with me 91.5 units. I want to know what is the maximum unit I can take in UCSD so I’ll know if I have enough space to fulfill my science courses and major courses. Thanks!

just finish your science courses as quickly as possible, a certain number of units will transfer over, but you still need to take those courses anyway. when applying to med school, they’ll look at your whole gpa anyways so don’t worry about the units

^except that there is a max amount of units you can take for your major.
