<p>There are definite advantages and disadvantages to each one, but since they are both relatively similar schools (larger, research universities), these will be similar. There is a lot of difference as to weather, location, social scene, access to beach, access to san francisco, your subject of interest and its strength at each school, ect. </p>
<p>Basically, what do you want in your school, what do you think you want to study, and what else can you say that will help people advise you?</p>
