<p>UCSD</p>
<p>pros: beach, pretty nice number of ents (might not be immediately apparent), solid education, awesome xfer housing, good research opportunities, plenty of student jobs, supposedly lots of recruiting from surrounding companies, and strong tutoring support.</p>
<p>Also, cool tunnels underground. UCLA has these too. They are funnnnn (the ones at UCLA, idk about the ones at SD, but underground tunnels generally correlate with trouble amirite).</p>
<p>cons: parking tickets galore, moderately unattractive student body (all right, there were a few golden haired “ideal CA boy” surfer-esque hotties there the times I’ve visited, but there were also a lot of leering grody dudes who looked as though they hadn’t showered since last week), and the school’s bizarre need to hype itself up/compete with UCI/UCLA/Cal. Also, their alarmist bs such as below:</p>
